About Gerard de Zwaan

Welcome to my shop. My name is Gerard de Zwaan and I was born in 1983 in the Veluwe town of Harderwijk where I grew up and still live. I started photography in 2013. My first camera was a Nikon D3200 which I still own and is now as a spare camera, currently I use a Nikon D7200. Every now and then I also use 1 or 2 Nikon SB700 reportage flash units to highlight a subject. From the start I mainly do Nature Photography, it is mainly landscapes what I photograph, the Veluwe forests around Harderwijk are a perfect starting point for this. Occasionally I do macro photography and sometimes I photograph wildlife. Occasionally, I also do portraits of people, which can be commissioned or free work.
