Photo prints

We use fine-art giclée printing on 260 gram satin photo paper. Our inks are designed to resist UV-light and therefore won’t fade.

Yes, photo prints can be affixed to a wide range of materials to give weight and strength. Fixing prints to a backboard is recommended to prevent any movement or puckering when framing.

If you already have a frame to hand, the print can be supplied in the appropriate size. To prevent prints from moving when framed, we suggest that they are glued to a backboard using water-based glue.

Photo prints can be carefully cleaned with a dry towel or electrostatic cloth to remove the dust.

Photo prints are shipped in a sturdy, rigid tube. A courier will pick up the package from us, and bring it directly to your home or office. We work with couriers experienced in the handling of fragile parcels. Not at home? The courier will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery. In the unlikely event of any damage, please contact us, and we will endeavour to solve any problems as a matter of urgency.

You can hang a photo print in various ways. Unframed prints can be attached directly to a wall, or you can use any available frame. Framed photo prints can be hung conventionally from a nail or screw.

You can choose for a white border around your chosen image. Please note, any added border is evenly spaced around the image, which is scaled down to accommodate this frame. Therefore, the addition of a border does not change the size of the print.

If you would like to use one of our images as wallpaper, we suggest selecting non-woven wallpaper as a material.

It is possible to have a photo printed through us. However, it is important that this photo is taken with a good camera in high resolution and that you are the rightful owner of the photo. Here you can upload your own photo as a photo print.

The minimum is 20 x 20 cm and the maximum is 250 x 150 cm.

Good to know: works can be resized but remain in their original proportions. A square work, for example, will always remain square. If you would like to change these ratios, please contact us.

The eventual size of a work is, of course, determined by you, but works are automatically scaled to the proportions stipulated by the artist. This ensures that images are neither cropped nor warped in production.

However, varying proportions and cropping images is certainly possible. Please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
