A Moment of Refinement

This stylish artwork depicts an elegant moment of tranquillity and self-assurance. A stylised female figure holds a glass of red wine, her posture exuding a sense of relaxation and refinement. The composition is built up from flowing forms and soft contours, creating a modern and timeless look.

The work employs a harmonious colour palette in which deep green tones, soft skin tones and the warm red of the wine complement one another. The black-and-white striped skirt forms a powerful graphic element that adds rhythm and movement to the composition. The subtle brushstrokes in the clothing lend the image extra depth and a handcrafted character.

The figure’s posture is particularly striking. The raised arm creates an elegant line that guides the eye through the work, whilst the absence of facial details leaves room for interpretation. This makes the figure a universal symbol of enjoyment, balance and a moment of self-reflection. The glass of wine serves not only as a detail but also as a visual focal point that suggests luxury, conviviality and the art of living.

The combination of minimalist design, modern colours and a relaxed atmosphere makes this piece particularly suitable for contemporary living spaces, dining rooms, wine bars or interiors where style and elegance take centre stage.
