A little bakery in Paris

‘Bakkerijtje in Parijs’ shows a small bakery with a red-and-white striped awning and a warm, dark shop front. In front of the shop window, there are small tables, chairs and flower pots on the pavement. Above the shop, tall windows and flower-filled balcony ledges are visible. On the right, trees line the street, whilst further in the background the Eiffel Tower appears between the buildings.

Sunlight falls in patches of yellow and cream onto the façade and the paving. The red awning draws the eye to the entrance and stands out against green foliage and blue-grey shadows. Loose, impressionistic splashes of colour tie the flowers, the terrace furniture and the street together into a vibrant whole. The tower in the distance adds depth to the scene and makes the Parisian atmosphere instantly recognisable.

This wall art is perfect for lovers of Paris, French bakeries and small terraces with views of the city. In a kitchen, dining room or coffee corner, the warm colour palette complements wood, light-coloured walls and red accessories. The artwork combines an inviting local shop with a familiar urban backdrop. It thus offers a sunny travel scene in which flowers, architecture and everyday street life come together.
