AK 47 Kalashnikov panorama

The AK-47 Kalashnikov panorama artwork brings a famous piece of twentieth-century industrial design to life in a sleek and impressive composition, in which the dark metal, the warm woodwork and the gleaming reflection on a black surface combine to form a bold and refined scene that exudes history and craftsmanship. This exceptional artwork showcases the long, straight lines and the curved stock with its grooved texture, whilst the soft light on the wood’s grain and the matt steel sections captures the details in an artistic and contemporary manner. The deep black, chestnut brown and graphite grey tones lend the piece a subdued, almost museum-like quality that subtly yet powerfully reflects the strength of an iconic design.

The horizontal composition, with the reflection beneath it, doubles the form and lends the image a calm, symmetrical balance, whilst the warm wood against the cool metal creates an intriguing contrast.

Thanks to its understated colours and strong contrast, this piece fits perfectly into a rugged, industrial or modern interior. Hanging on the wall of a living room, study or hobby room, it adds character and depth, whilst above a sofa or in a wide hallway, it serves as a striking conversation piece.

Lovers of history, industrial design and minimalist still lifes will find in this artwork a powerful and timeless image that allows any wall to make its own statement.
