Black cat with an afro

The painting ‘Black Cat with Afro’ depicts a black cat whose fur around its head has grown into an enormous, dense ball of curls. That woolly mane frames its face like a hood and extends well beyond its ears, leaving only the muzzle exposed. Against the black background, the mass of curls stands out in fine grey lines.

What really captures your attention are the eyes. Two large, light-coloured eyes look upwards with an expression that seems both curious and slightly forlorn, and that gentleness stands in amusing contrast to the profusion of fur surrounding them. Long white whiskers spread out like thin threads against the darkness, whilst the short fur on its muzzle and chest takes on a velvety texture. The entire portrait is rendered in shades of grey on a black background, which makes it both serene and striking.

The beautiful colours and exclusive design make this photo print a real eye-catcher that effortlessly holds your attention. Whether you hang it in the living room, the bedroom or a playful study corner, it brings a sense of humour, gentleness and quirky character wherever it goes.

For lovers of cats, black-and-white portraits or art with a touch of humour, this is a print that brings a smile to your face time and time again. This cat seems oblivious to everything around it, and that is precisely why it is irresistible.
