About ‘DOT Groningen under construction’ by Evert Jan Luchies
The green lit dome of DOT in the city of Groningen contrasts with the red traffic sign; 'forbidden for all traffic'. The stripes of light come from a passing city bus. Previously this building was known as "Infoversum". The photo was taken in autumn 2013.
