Tips for use

This dark passageway in Panicale, Umbria looks quite forbidding but it is a street inside a medieval walled town and in true Italian architectural style, the imposing look of the buildings actually creates wonderful shade from the heat of the strong sun. Beautiful traditional Italian architecture, with buildings built out of stone.
