Panorama on Amsterdam

This work shows a panorama of Amsterdam, seen from a high point on the IJ in Amsterdam-North. Clearly visible is the famous Westerkerk, but also other well-known buildings in the Jordaan and Amsterdam-west are well distinguished. In the background the control tower of Schiphol Airport can be seen.

About image maker Peter Bartelings: as a born and bred Amsterdammer I feel -also as a photographer and image maker at FotoAmsterdam.com- closely connected to the city of Amsterdam. Besides the Amsterdam collection there is also work from other cities in the Netherlands, like Haarlem, Groningen, Zwolle, Leiden, Delft etc. In addition, a lot of work has also been made in France and Germany. Moreover, over the years I have built up an interesting collection of digital art, including adaptations of old masters that have been given a new look and fit perfectly into a modern interior.

My work is internationally known and hangs besides the Netherlands, also in Belgium and Germany on the walls of clients.

I set high standards for my products. Therefore, I believe that the works are an enrichment to your wall, at home or at the office. You can always contact me with questions about a specific work.
