Salvia-green Silence in Ivory

This refined still life brings together minimalism, form and colour in a serene composition. A collection of rounded vases is arranged in a softly lit space, where ivory-white and sage-green hues subtly complement one another. The organic forms almost seem to float, thanks to the transparent overlaps and soft shadows that lend the image a dreamlike depth.

The composition is characterised by a careful balance between large and small volumes. The rounded silhouettes create a rhythmic flow of forms that gently guides the eye through the work. The transparent layers falling over the objects are particularly striking. This creates an almost photographic interplay of light, reflection and perspective, whilst the matt surfaces, in contrast, lend a sense of softness and tranquillity.

On closer inspection, the subtle colour variations between warm ivory, cream, beige and muted sage green become apparent. These natural shades reinforce the tranquil atmosphere and lend the work a contemporary elegance. The simplicity of the objects gives way to a focus on form, space and light, lending the work a meditative quality. This artwork complements modern, Scandinavian, Japandi and minimalist interiors perfectly. It brings a sense of balance, refinement and timeless beauty to any space.
