About the artwork

Sorbet Peony Pink and Yellow - this peony is our latest addition to our garden. The peony is a late spring bloomer.

The moment I saw this soft beautiful combination of colors, I had to adopt it. The outer petals are a deep pink contrasting with the soft creame colored to yellow center. The out petals are rounded and smooth and the innner ones a fun uneven edge. The frangrant of this beautiful peony is unmatching. The sorbet peony is a stunning double bloom and can't be ignored.

The view is at about 45 degree allowing the viewer to see the side yet still some of the center of the peony flower. The frame is almost fully filled with a green soft background and hits of other foliage around the flower. The feeling is that of a sunny late Spring morning. The floral meaning is bashfulness and good luck.

Peonies remind me of my childhood. The Spring carnival would visit our town just when the peonies are in bloom. Memories of sunny spring days with cotton candy and fun rides bring a smile to my face every time I see peonies.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
