Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
If you place your order today, please be aware that, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. As soon as your order is placed, our skilled production team will begin creating your personalised model.
As our orders typically require 7 working days to be ready for dispatch, we suggest exploring our gift card as a thoughtful choice for yourself or a loved one. With the freedom to determine the value, it offers a convenient and reliable way to share the joy of appreciating art. The gift card will be delivered in beautiful packaging to your doorstep or directly to your electronic mailbox.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg and Austria is free.

Shipping rates are calculated in the checkout based on your cart contains and the shipping country you select.
Delivery to Switzerland: prices quoted exclude VAT and import duties for deliveries to Switzerland.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Generally, you will receive the package after 10 working days. Do you have a rush? Send us an email or contact us by phone.
We will keep you informed about the delivery of your order by e-mail. One day before delivery you will receive a track & trace with which you can follow the delivery.
