About ‘The sky does not forget to flutter’ by Color Square

dancing swarm of butterflies that seems to rise from a poetic dream. Each one is unique in shape and colour: from deep indigo to transparent lilac, from soft green to warm peach tones. The background, ostensibly white, is drenched in spontaneous splashes of paint in pastel green, purple and turquoise - as if the sky itself is co-painting the scene.

What is striking is how some butterflies are sharply outlined, while others almost dissolve into the background, as if they are just appearing or just fading away. The whole evokes a sense of lightness, freedom and transience. The repetition of shapes feels rhythmic, like music in images.

A subtle detail: some butterflies are deliberately painted more transparently, creating a layering that enhances movement. This layering suggests a dance in time - between appearing and disappearing.
