My name is Hans Altenkirch
I live and work as a freelance photographer near Heidelberg in Baden-Württemberg. I have been working for well-known tourism and travel publishers for many years.
There is no region in Germany that does not show my work on calendars, in travel guides and many other publications. One of my specialities is panoramic photography. Early on, with the advent of digital camera technology, I recognised the possibilities of creating sophisticated panoramic photographs and of staging the vastness and beauty of the grandiose landscapes and cities in a much more impressive way. Panoramic photographs that fill the room and offer a very special living experience.
Over the years, this has resulted in an extensive portfolio of over 1900 sophisticated fine art and panoramic images from Germany and Europe.
