About David Smets
Hallo, David Smets (1979) is begonnen met het fotograferen van verlaten gebouwen. Beter bekend als "Urban Exploring". Al heel snel wist hij het karakter van het gebouw vast te leggen op de gevoelige plaat en dat zie je ook aan de foto's. Ze vertellen op zich een verhaal. David bewerkt zijn foto's meestal in HDR om ze daarna af te werken in Adobe Lightroom. Deze architecturale werken blijven dus niet zo lang meer bestaan, of sommigen van hen zijn al gesloopt. Dit maakt van deze collectie een unicum.Ondertussen is hij ook actief in gans uiteenlopende takken van de fotografie zoals dieren, landschappen, abstract, kleuren, mensen etc..Geniet van de veelzijdigheid van deze fotograaf.David Smets (1979) Started photographing old abandonned buildings. Soon he fell in love with these decayed structures that he decided to process them in a way, that they are alive and telling a story.Some and in the future, most of these locations will be demolished. So this makes this collection pretty unique.
