I find the camouflage ability of animals fascinating and it seems that they often know exactly where to sit to blend into their surroundings. This moth, an early spanner (Biston strataria) I saw only when I was right on top of it looking for lichens on the bark.
Art on canvas looks great on any wall. It truly comes into its own with paintings featuring sharp brushstrokes.
