In 1774, Italian painter Girolamo Pompeo Batoni (1708-1787) painted his painting ""Venere che accarezza Cupido"" (Venus caresses Cupid).
In 2022 I moved the lovely scene into a modern living room, with a cozy rug and a comfortable armchair.
