The Kuiperspoort is a street in Middelburg in the province of Zeeland. The name refers to the coopers' guild that was located here in the 17th century[1].
The narrow street is paved with cobblestones and has an exit on the Dam and on the other side a gate opening onto the Rouaansekaai. The gatehouse dates from 1586 and was purchased by the coopers' guild in 1642. Most of the buildings including the warehouses that date from the time of the VOC were restored in the 1970s, preserving the front facades.
