In this photo: "Minimalist: simplicity and tranquillity from nature" I photographed a small piece of a beautiful ball of fluff. These fluff balls are already opening and will fly out in a short time.
This ball of fluff is not from an ordinary dandelion, but from another member of the Composite family: the Tragopogon. This plant is usually called Morgenster in the Netherlands.
By making this picture square, I think the image becomes even more calm and simple. If you zoom in on the work, you can see that I chose a small depth of field when taking this photo. This ensures that at the focus point (at the middle middle fluff, where the stalk turns into the fluff) the fluff is in focus. The further forward or back you look, the fainter the fluff becomes. This creates a sense of depth in the photo. This also brings peace to the photo at the same time.
This work could hang beautifully as wall decoration on, for example, ArtFrame or aluminium in the waiting room, bedroom, hallway or simply above the couch in the living room! (Or as wall decoration on the wall in a waiting room, office or meeting room (business).
