This modern artwork is inspired in part by Japanese calligraphy, lines drawn by brushstrokes.
The Japandi style is a combination of Japanese and Scandinavian interior design. It is characterised by a modern, light look combined with natural materials such as wood and stone.
This illustration consists of abstract flowing lines in dark green, dark blue and black.
The artwork was inspired by my last trip to Japan. In 3 weeks, we visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka, among other places. Japanese art features many illustrations and drawings, such as the famous artist Hokusai.
Very suitable as (large) canvas or wallpaper for the living room, bedroom, kitchen or study.
