Old stone walls, partly overgrown by ivy and trees, form the skeleton of a dilapidated building. Open windows and passages lead to shade and silence, while nature slowly takes possession of the place.
This photo was taken in A Escusalla, Lobios (Ourense province, Spain), an abandoned place where history and nature merge. The ruin exudes an air of mystery, as if time has stood still here.
