During my tour of Cuba, I came across an incredible number of old American cars. Especially in the capital Havana, this is the familiar street scene.
One of the most interesting aspects of this country is the fact that in much of the island, time seems to have stood still. The revolution in the 1950s was and still is a difficult subject to really summarize. Regardless of differing opinions on this moment in history, there is no denying that its traces are still evident and have shaped the island into what it is today. The resilience of the Cuban people can be seen, among other things, in its vintage cars, which are considered an inseparable part of the country's image around the world.
