Welcome to Blues and Hues: my world of colour, shape and feeling. For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the infinite combinations that colour and form can take. In every work I make, I try to capture that wonder, the moment when light touches water or a shadow forms unexpectedly.
My abstract works arise intuitively. They grow layer by layer, like landscapes of emotions, memories and observations. Nature is my greatest source of inspiration. The gentle undulation of water, the refraction of light in a drop, the tension between two colours that just touch or just don't touch.
In Blues and Hues, all these impressions come together. It is an ode to the beauty of the unexpected, to colour that speaks without words, to shapes that tell their own story. Each work invites you to stand still, look, and perhaps find something of yourself in the shades and textures.
