About Piret Victoria Studio
Piret Victoria Ribas is an Estonian-born visual artist based in Brazil, working across hand-painted art, watercolor, and cyanotype. Her practice is rooted in a fascination with nature, botanical forms, marine curiosities, and the quiet poetry found in everyday details.
Her work brings together delicate observation and expressive colour, creating images that feel both intimate and timeless. From carefully painted botanical studies to imaginative collections inspired by cabinets of curiosities, each piece reflects her interest in beauty, atmosphere, and the stories hidden within natural forms.
Alongside watercolor and mixed-media work, cyanotype holds a special place in her practice. Working with light, plants, and photographic chemistry, she creates distinctive blue-toned works that transform natural forms into atmospheric compositions.
Born in Estonia and now living in Brazil, Piret draws inspiration from the meeting of two very different landscapes — the northern quiet of her roots and the luminous, tropical energy of her life in Brazil.
Her artworks are created by hand and prepared with care for fine art prints and selected products, bringing a sense of nature, colour, and quiet wonder into contemporary spaces.
