About Roel Vossen

Between 1988 and 2008 I operated my own optical company in Maastricht as a qualified independent optician. After the sale of this company, I completely shifted my activities to the world of media. With a self compiled mobile multi-camera set I have made many multicam-registrations. In a number of cases these recordings are afterwards edited in our modern video editing studio.
From 1977 I have been a volunteer at the hospital broadcaster in Maastricht and here I developed my passion for images (both video and photo) and audio. From the ever growing image editing possibilities, the idea for digital photo editing was born.
