About Sabine Timman

I am Sabine Timman, the creative person behind SAB Fotografie & Media. My motto is: 'Do what you like' and that's what I try to live by. That's why my big passions horses and photography are almost always at the top of my to-do list.

During my internship at the horse magazine 'Hoefslag' I discovered my love for journalism and my interest in photography was awakened. Not much later I started my training as a photographer at the School of Photography and skipped the spark. Since then I can hardly live without my Canon.

I am good at what I do in my own way and of course I want to become better at it, that is a lifelong process, in which I like to take the people and clients around me with me. As a perfectionist I would have liked to be perfect, but unfortunately I haven't succeeded so far. Still, I find it an honour every time people hang or share my work on the wall. I just never get used to that.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.

Great result, excellent finish! We now have two 'Art Heroes' hanging and are very pleased with the result. Although they are fairly large objects, they do not deviate from the images (and what we expect in terms of quality).
