Born amidst colours, raised on ideas.
Anna Wolkenlos grew up in a world where images spoke louder than words. Surrounded by easels, canvases and conversations about art, she realised early on that creative expression is not a profession, but a language – her language.
Her connection to art was never something she had to seek out – it was simply there. This deep-rooted connection to the artistic world has shaped Anna and, at the same time, inspired her. Today, she draws on this background to translate her thoughts, questions and moods into visual forms.
What makes her works unique is the balance between tradition and innovation. In her work, classical painting meets cutting-edge technologies – such as artificial intelligence – giving rise to entirely new forms of expression. She does not view AI as a substitute, but as a tool that opens up new perspectives. This results in works that are not rooted in any particular era – neither past nor purely futuristic – but instead build a bridge between what was and what is possible.
For Anna Wolkenlos, art is not a finished product, but a living process: a dialogue with herself and the world.
