Yuri Sung is a painter who uses oils to create paintings of landscapes. Yuri's interest in painting arose at an early age. From an early age, she was painting regularly and took painting classes.
Yuri studied English Literature in South Korea. This study made her curious about life in Europe. In early 2015, she went to live work and study English in Dublin. During this period, Yuri got to know a Frisian from Drachten. Yuri has since lived in Drachten for several years (since 2017) with great pleasure.
Inspired by the impressive clouds over the lowlands and the beautiful Frisian landscapes, Yuri expressed her creativity on the silver screen. Unlike South Korea, it often blows hard in the Netherlands, so you can see very dramatic landscapes. Characteristic of her paintings are the beautiful clouds. You will see these reflected in almost every painting.
