Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beta feature. You need an AR-capable device (a recent iPhone/iPad or Android). The AR view is only an indication; colour, size and finish may differ in reality.

About ‘A Moment in the Dark’ by Retinas images

A figure emerges from a dark space where light and shadow alternate. The austere setting lends extra significance to the figure’s posture and the contours of its body. This digital artwork, created entirely using AI, draws on classical black-and-white fine art, whilst also possessing a contemporary and slightly surrealist atmosphere. The composition is tranquil, intimate and carefully constructed from soft greys and deep black tones. Small details in the skin, posture and background become visible the longer you look. Hanging on the wall, this image adds a refined touch to a bedroom, hallway or modern living room. The interplay of strong contrasts and soft transitions creates depth without the image losing its serene character.
