Every spring at the end of March, 10,000 cranes gather at Lake Hornborjasjön in Västergötland, Sweden. The whole thing is called the crane dance and attracts many visitors.
The best time of day to photograph the cranes is, in my opinion, just before sunrise and a couple of hours later.
