Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘A curious encounter on the alpine meadow.’ by Silke van Bladel

Whilst walking through the mountains, the silence was suddenly filled with the soft, rhythmic tinkling of cowbells. As I walked along the ridge, I came face to face with this pair. The light was perfect: the sun was low in the sky and its warmth filtered through the trees in the background, casting a soft glow over the alpine meadow.

What makes this photograph so special to me is the contrast in their demeanour at that precise moment. The cow on the right turned her head, with the heavy bell, and looked at me curiously through the lens for several minutes. Her companion, on the other hand, remained unperturbed, looking the other way, but couldn’t resist letting out a little moo. No rush, no modern distractions—just the pure tranquillity of nature, captured in a single spontaneous shot.
