I decided to go to Paris for one day to capture the ultimate Parisian feeling. In the meantime, the tourists knew how to find Paris again, and it proved difficult to make an image without a horde of people. This street was close to Notre Dame and was virtually deserted.
Except for this man, an artist from Missouri, who was commissioned by a resident to draw this street. It turned out to be an American with Dutch roots. After chatting for a while, we both continued on with our missions.
At the moment I took the picture, he turned around once more and called out, "You guys say 'bye' right?!
I smiled at him once more with a cheerful "bye!" and thus this beautiful image was created. A vista through a typical Parisian street.
With the old facade on the left, where if you look closely, the street name is still carved into the facade.
