The largest natural inland lake in Flanders can be found in the nature reserve and provincial park Het Vinne, in Zoutleeuw, in the province of Flemish Brabant. Here you can experience nature to the fullest thanks to the footpaths, club paths, watchtowers and bird and shelter huts. In this particularly child-friendly nature reserve, with a playground, children can learn about the lake, its inhabitants and the heathery vegetation while playing. In visitor centre Het Vinne you can book a GPS device for geocaching, also fun for teenagers. There are also numerous walks and cycle routes with junctions in the Great Valley Valley of the Tide.
Landscape photographer and drone pilot Koen Henderickx will gladly take you on a discovery of the most beautiful places, both close by or a little further away.
His mission is to introduce people to the beauty of nature, from water, the land or in the sky via drones.
