A horse in the Cubist style by TheXclusive Art

This Cubist painting of a horse brings the elegance and power of a horse to life in a serene and geometric composition, in which broad swathes of grey, black, cream and ochre combine to form a noble and timeless portrait that immediately captivates the viewer. This exceptional work of art depicts the horse’s long, arched head with its closed eye, delicate nostril and mane falling in dark and light streaks along the neck, whilst the smooth, matt layers of paint and the crisp lines capture the animal’s grace in an artistic and contemporary manner. The soft shades of grey, the deep black and the warm ochre lend the whole work a calm and refined air that subtly yet powerfully reflects the horse’s nobility and sensitivity.

The long, serene line of the nose runs like a guiding thread through the image, whilst the planes of the background and the neck balance one another, lending the composition a quiet, almost solemn power.

A calm yet powerful portrait instantly lends a wall a sense of class and tranquillity. In a stylish living room, study or bedroom with neutral or warm tones, this piece on the wall serves as a refined focal point. Horse lovers, riders and artists who appreciate geometry and tranquillity will find in this horse a noble painting that inspires daily and radiates a quiet pride.
