I took this photo with a damselfly in the Harderbos nature reserve in Flevoland. The damselfly in the photo is a lanternfly sitting in the sun for a while. I just don't know what kind of plant this damselfly is sitting on, the plant was along a waterfront, which you often have in Flevopolder. It was nice and sunny when I took this photo despite the wind. Also, it was already afternoon when I took this photo of this Damselfly. I found the blue colour of the damselfly nicely different from the green surroundings, in itself not so strange considering I was standing near a landscaped nature reserve. Besides the fact that this Damselfly's eyes are sharp, you can see the details of its wings.
