"A square of hydrangea leaves lying on a grey-blue bed" is a macro photo of a hydrangea leaf, which is decaying, showing its beautiful vein structure beautifully. You can see more pieces of hydrangea leaves on the outside of the work, but the hydrangea in the middle is the focus. This leaf has beautiful warm colours in different shades of brown (such as beige, taupe, light and dark brown). The leaf lies on a bed of a water retaining layer in which a grey-blue colour is visible. This creates a distinct structure, which feels almost graphic, but it is still really photographed.
A warm, rural still life, which exudes peace and calm.
If you zoom in on the work, you can nicely see the detailed structure of the hydrangea leaf. In addition, you can then also nicely see the contrast between the structure of the leaf and the background.
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the dining room, kitchen, bedroom or simply above the sofa! (Also, of course, beautiful in business spaces such as on the wall in a conference room, office, waiting room or practice room!)
