A special experience during my night trip in the Ardennes. Unfortunately, there are only a few places in the Benelux where the light pollution is low. Through various websites I try to find the best possible spot, the timing is also extremely important, for example, there should be no moonlight.
After some preliminary research, I managed to find a place with little light pollution in south-southwest direction, to get a nice view of the sky with as little light pollution as possible, I drove about an hour at night from the place where we spent the night with the family.
Just after the moon disappeared behind the horizon at 0:41 I managed to take this picture.
It gave me a sense of nullity to see this photo when editing. A sense of infinity embraced me.
The slow shutter speed allowed enough light to reach my sensor.
The work will pleasantly enrich your study or office. Certainly on aluminum it will print beautifully.
