About ‘Abstract illustration ’ by Sabine Kraftmeier

Shapes, lines and surfaces are found on a blue background. Associations with a sea. At the top right in the diagonal, a seeming sunbeam that stops and ends, but then finds itself in a green in the lower left corner of the picture. Like a kind of headland. An island in the upper right corner of the picture under the sunbeam is surrounded by a black curved line and washed by blue water. Holiday feelings can arise here, a feeling of freedom, and we start to dream. What can we discover here or what have we already discovered on our holidays? Everyone has different views, perspectives and experiences. Everyone focuses on different things. What is important and what is right? Are we in the right place with the right people? Or are we ready for the island? Do we create oases of peace for ourselves? This illustration was created from a painting I made myself with acrylic paint and transformed graphically. A painting that was graphically abstracted and simplified on the computer.

Inspiration, painting, and graphic interpretation intertwine and evolve through an open, intuitive process. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
