An abstract blurry impression of multicoloured Christmas lights with fibreglass (actually fibre optics made of plastic). These kinds of lights are blissful to photograph with a macro lens with a very limited depth of field. Depending on how you choose the focus point, you get a completely different image every time. I had once bought the light garland specifically for this when I was still experimenting with analogue photography. It still contains ordinary light bulbs instead of the ubiquitous LEDs, which I feel gives somewhat softer colours.
