About ‘Abstraction: Wood visible through a microscope with polarised light’ by Jelte Prins
In this microscope photo (16x magnification), the parallel lines of the wood grains are good to be seen. However, they are not completely parallel, which gives nice tension in the image. The photo was taken using a microscope, polarised light and Differential Interference Contract.
