Penguins sometimes seem clumsy birds, but make no mistake. They move around very skilfully on the ice and if they want to gain speed they glide down an iceberg like a sled. In the water, they can reach a speed of about 40kmh. About 15 million of this species live in Antarctica. I love to see them with their black dress and the white eye ring around the pupil.
