About ‘Alone on the sailing yacht’ by Pieter de Kramer

Alone on the yacht, surrounded by the endless expanse of the sea, my mind wanders to the past and reaches for the future. The gentle swell of the waves cradles my thoughts in a timeless dance between memories and dreams.

As I hoist the sails and grip the rudder, I feel the power of the wind propelling me towards unknown destinations. But my thoughts wander to yesterday, to moments of joy and sorrow that come and go like waves in my memory.

The horizon calls to me with a promise of adventure, but I cannot help but also look ahead, to what the future holds. I wonder what new experiences and challenges await me, and how I will embrace them with the same determination as the wind that propels me forward.

But in the midst of this inner dialogue, I realise that the present is the only moment that really counts. As I let the forces of nature guide me, I learn to enjoy the here and now, the freedom and serenity that only the sea can offer.

And so I sail on, with my thoughts anchored in the past and my dreams focused on the future, but always with a heart that lives in the moment, ready to embrace the beauty of life, wherever it may take me.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
