About ‘Alphen aan den Rijn - De Appel bicycle shed’ by Frank Smit Fotografie
Near the railway station in Alphen aan den Rijn stands a very special bicycle shed. An open steel construction in the shape of an apple is a unique eye-catcher. The bicycle shed, designed by Wytze Patijn, has been there since 2010 and can store about 1,000 bicycles.
