This work shows the skyline of Amsterdam seen from the roof terrace of the Hilton hotel next to Central Station. In the foreground you can see the beautiful roof terrace with the plants in autumn colours. The image flows over into a fantastic wide view of the city centre of Amsterdam and even far beyond. The razor sharp image shows all known buildings, such as the Saint Nicolas Basilica, the Westerkerk, Zuiderkerk, Palace on the Dam, Koepelkerk and the Old Church in the Red Light District. The ultra wide lens used has given the sky a dynamic effect. This work will not get boring and fits in small or large format on any wall - think of photo wallpaper (!) - at home or in the office.
