About ‘Angkor Wat/Cambodia’ by Hermann Mock

A section of the famous Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia. Trees are growing on the collapsed stones.The temple stands in the middle of the jungle and has been edited in a morbid style intended to highlight the decay of a World Heritage Site. When travelling around the world, I take around 10 portrait-format photos with a viewfinder camera; after my trips, I merge these on my computer and edit them to reflect the mood I felt at that location.
Flaws in my panoramas are intentional, including both blurring and missing sections in the photos – for example, people only partially depicted or similar effects.
The files of my photos are suitable for extremely large prints due to their high data volume.
I usually take series of photographs.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
