Ardvreck Castle and views of Quinag, Assynt, Scotland.
Driving north on the A837, you pass Loch Assynt. In that loch lies the ruins of Ardvreck Castle. Ardvreck was built by the MacLeods in 1590. In 1672, the castle was taken by the MacKenzies. Today, only part of the tower house remains of Ardveck Castle.
