Auto Union Grand Prix Rennwagen Type C V16 driving at high speed on a country road. The Auto Union Grand Prix cars were racing for Germany in the 1930s. Designed under the leadership of Ferdinand Porsche and built by Auto Union’s Horch works in Zwickau, the Type C raced between 1936 and 1937. In the 1936 season, the Type C was dominant, collecting victories in three out of five major Grand Prix, multiple circuit wins, and sweeping hill‑climb events — also setting over 30 world records in the process. Its advanced mid-engine V‑16 layout, lightweight construction, and raw power foreshadowed future innovations in F1 and racecar design.
By following the car with the camera a motion blur speed effect is created while taking the photo to put dynamics into the picture. Photo with a vintage retro look.
