About ‘Autumn at the van Esschenven’ by Jacky Keeris

The mist had not yet lifted on an autumn day late in the morning over the Van Esschenven in Oisterwijk. It gave me a certain serenity as the sun began to shine on the tops of the trees. Geese seemed to glide through the water of the fen. There was no sound to be heard which only added to the serenity for me.
