About "Autumn in the forest"

About the artwork

Photo of a road through the forest. With trees on either side. The trees are in beautiful autumn colors. The forest has a warm atmosphere.

Photo of an avenue through the woods of Drenthe. On the ground are cobblestones, boulders from a distant past. From what I read, these roads were built sometime in the 1930s, with stones from the land of the farmers. They got rid of them. The roads were used to transport wood from the forests. There are still several such lanes in Drenthe. On the sides of the road I usually see beech trees. So too here. Beech trees have beautiful colors in later autumn. This morning there was also a little mist. That gives the forest a mysterious atmosphere. The photo was taken near Wezup, Drenthe (Netherlands), November 2022.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
