Autumnal oak leaves is a watercolour painting in square format hand-painted by the artist Karen Kaspar.
A branch of an oak tree with colourful autumn leaves in shades of yellow, orange, red and green glows against a background of blue and green tones.
The leaves are painted in a rather detailed and textured way, emphasising the unique shapes, shades and veins of the leaves. The background is abstract. The different shades of green and blue blend seamlessly, creating a dreamy and ethereal atmosphere.
This painting is an excerpt from my painting "Branch with colourful oak leaves", which I painted in portrait format. Here I have chosen a modern square format. So you can choose for yourself what fits better in your rooms.
There is also a variation of the painting in landscape format.
You can find more pictures of foliage in all colour variations and of different trees such as oak, maple, holly or ginkgo in my album Trees and Leaves.
